*Consultation Requirement-  A consultation is required before booking                extension services. This allows the stylist to evaluate the hair condition, color match. and determine the correct extension method.

*Deposit Policy- A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your extension appointment (this deposit does go towards your service). Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the allowed timeframe.

*Hair Purchase Policy- Hair extensions must be purchased in advance of the appointment, Hair purchased in the salon will be paid in full by client, if purchased outside of the salon, Elevate Hair & Co cannot guarantee the quality of the hair.

*Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy- A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule extension appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

*Service Timing- Extension appointments can take 2-4+ hours depending on the method and amount of hair. Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed by your stylist.

*Maintenance Requirements- Hair extensions require maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks depending on the method. Failure to maintain extensions properly may result in matting, breakage, or damage to extensions or even clients natural hair.

*Hair Care Responsibility- Proper home care products and techniques are required to maintain extensions. The salon is NOT responsible for damage caused by improper care, swimming, excessive heat, or use of non-recommended products.

*Liability Disclaimer- While every precaution is taken, the salon cannot fully guarantee extensions will work for every hair type or condition. *Clients acknowledge potential risks sucj as shedding, slippage, or tension on natural hair.

*Removal/ Adjustment Policy- Extensions should only be removed or adjusted by a professional. *The salon is not responsible for damage caused by self-removal or work done by another stylist.
